The woman in gold: Amit Ben Nun is a self-taught painter. Amit was born in Israel, 1996. She started painting when she was 15 years old, dropped out of high school and since then dedicated herself to art. Amit works primarily with acrylic and oils, while trying to learn new materials and changing through process and time. She’s combining her love to writing and expressing her inner feelings through bold colors and provocative figures. Amit don’t attribute herself to a specific genre and tries to create without belonging to any group.
